Creating new infospots: Click on the ‘Infospots’ button

1. Click on the first image that you would like to create an infospot for.
2. Scroll down and you will see the infospot form
3. Give a brief description of the location that you would like the infospot to appear (e.g. Over Painting)
4. In the text box below, write the text (1-3 paragraphs) as you would like it to appear within the infospot.
5. Click ‘Add Infospot’ and the change will appear on your virtual tour within 48 hours.
6. Scroll up and click ‘Next’ and do the same to the next scene.

To upload new images: Click on the button ‘Image Gallery’

1. Find the ‘Admin Tool Box’ (top right)
2. Then ‘Upload Here’ (drop down menu)
3. When new window loads, click ‘Select Files’ and find the images that you would like to upload
4. Click ‘Upload’ and wait for all the images to finish uploading
5. Once uploaded, DON’T CLICK ON ANY OF THE NEW OPTIONS – just click ‘Back to Home Page’ (top right) – Done!

To delete images: Click on the ‘Image Gallery’ button

• Click on just one image that you would like to delete
• Find the ‘Admin Tool Box’ (top right)
• Then ‘Delete Image’ (drop down menu)
• Click ‘OK’ (if you’re sure, on the pop up window).
• DON’T CLICK ON ANY OF THE NEW OPTIONS – just click ‘Back to Home Page’ (top right) – Done!
• Find another Image you would like to delete and do the same.
